Manayunk Timber’s Mini Forest – Parking Lot to Reforestation

Come visit us at our mini forest at the mill! Did you know that we tore up 3,700 square feet of our parking lot to plant a mini forest? We worked with local nurseries to source all native species, filled it with benches, and unique landscaping! We felt it was important to showcase to our clients as well as the community, the actual lifecycle of the natural urban canopy. Open to the public !

 

While we have planted most of our big trees, the forest really needs 3 more levels of understory. Our goal is to purchase 1,000-1,500 more plants! Your donation will go towards purchasing more plants for our mini pocket forest here at Manayunk Timber.
